FAQ

    • We start by offering a complimentary 15-minute consultation. This allows me to see if we might be a good fit for each other, and gives you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have. We will also talk about what you hope to get out of therapy, and logistical things like your scheduling availability.

    • If we choose to move forward, we’ll set up an intake appointment. During this session, we’ll ask you more detailed questions in order to get to know you better. We’ll also discuss your goals for therapy and work together to form a treatment plan that’s tailored to your unique situation.

  • Karras Psychological Services is not in-network with any health insurance plans. If you have out-of-network benefits on your insurance plan, I can provide you with a “superbill” to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. While I will do my best to support you in obtaining reimbursement from your insurance, I do not deal with insurance companies directly.

  • If you need to cancel or change your scheduled appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice and I will do my best to accommodate you. If we are unable to reschedule, you will be responsible for the full session fee.

  • You can expect to develop a better understanding of yourself, better coping skills, and an enhanced ability to achieve well-being and the outcomes you are looking for.
